Post the slots — ticket booth 4–5, setup, cleanup, chaperones — on the event or on the PTA’s Volunteer tab, and share the link. Parents claim a slot with their name; everyone sees what is still open. No account, no ads on the page, and the same people who RSVP’d are the ones who volunteer.

When the volunteer sheet is on a separate site, half the parents never see it. When it sits on the event they already opened to RSVP, the slots fill while they are there.
