Set the days, the time and the first and last class, and every class in the term becomes its own row. Students (or parents) tap Coming or Can’t ahead of time; after class you tick who was there and, if you charge per class, who paid. Students see “attended 6 of 8 · 6 paid”; you see it for everyone.
The useful number is the one you have on Wednesday: how many are coming Saturday. When it is three, move the class with one tap and everyone enrolled is told. When it is fourteen, you know to open the bigger room.
The attendance sheet has two ticks per student: Here and Paid. Drop-in students settle up on the spot; term students pay once and you confirm once.
Change the days mid-term and the future classes regenerate; the classes already held and their attendance never change.
