After-school club registration and fees, without a spreadsheet

Each club is a program: the days, the time, the term dates, the fee per term and the vendor’s Venmo. Families enroll each child in a tap, pay and say so, and the vendor confirms. Each week the vendor sees who is coming, takes attendance at pickup, and taps Remind for anyone who hasn’t paid.

The PTA sees the roster; the vendor runs the club

The vendor gets program rights, not the keys to the PTA. Officers can see enrollment and payment status without being in the middle of every message.

When the term ends

The club moves to Completed with its full record. Duplicate it for the spring term without retyping.

Questions

Can one family enroll in several clubs?

Yes, and each child separately.

Does the vendor need to be a PTA admin?

No. They get rights to their program only.

Does Mela process the fees?

No. Payment goes to whoever collects it; Mela keeps the record and reminds.
