In plain language: Some links in Melá lead to products or services from other companies. If you buy something through one of those links, we may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. We only link to things we genuinely think are useful.

Melá ("the App") may contain links to third-party products and services, including but not limited to:

Gift card retailers and marketplaces
Gift and product retailers
Photo printing and album services
Event supplies and party planning services
Other commercial products or services relevant to the App's features

Some of these links are "affiliate links," meaning that Melá participates in affiliate or referral programs offered by these merchants. When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase or complete a qualifying action, Melá may receive a commission or referral fee from the merchant.

3. No Additional Cost to You

Affiliate commissions are paid by the merchant, not by you. The price you pay for any product or service purchased through an affiliate link is the same as if you had accessed the merchant's website directly. Affiliate relationships do not increase the cost of any product or service to you.

4. Independence of Recommendations

The presence of affiliate links does not influence which products, services, or merchants we feature in the App. Our recommendations are based on relevance to the App's purpose — helping you celebrate and care for the people in your life. We do not accept payment in exchange for featuring or prioritizing any particular merchant or product within the App.

Melá does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any third-party product or service linked from the App. Any transaction you enter into with a third-party merchant is solely between you and that merchant. Please review the merchant's own terms of service, privacy policy, and return policy before making any purchase.

6. Identification of Affiliate Links

Where practicable, affiliate links within the App are identified with a disclosure such as "We may earn a commission" or similar language displayed at or near the point of the link. The absence of such a label on any particular link does not necessarily mean the link is or is not an affiliate link.
